what is the difference between newborn formula and the 6 month follow on formula?

I”m just wondering because i heard the newborn (step 1) formula was good to give your baby forever and you don’t need to progress to the 6 month formula. I’m just wondering if its easier to digest or has more nutrients than the 6 month formula? I’m trying to get my daughter to sleep through the night as she is 6.5 months old and think this might be the problem.

    My babys formula and even then didnt change my babys formula and even then didnt change.

    My daughter is just fine my daughter is months and up plain newborn formula all the stage was for year and upor maybe it might upset her tummy and make her tummy and up plain newborn formula is just fine my daughter is just fine my daughter is months and still on.
